    Hatha Yoga, in its true form, is a balanced practice that honours both strength and softness Ha (sun) and Tha (moon). In a therapeutic context, it is used gently and intentionally to support the body, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance.

    This approach focuses on slow, mindful movement, breath awareness, and adaptability, making it accessible and beneficial for those recovering from stress, illness, grief, or emotional overwhelm. It’s less about achieving physical poses and more about creating space for healing, presence, and connection within.

  • As an advanced practitioner, energy sessions are a subtle yet powerful aspect of the therapeutic process, offering the body and mind a chance to rest, reset, and receive. Using sound bowls, vibrational tones, and Reiki-inspired energy work, this practice supports energetic balance, deep relaxation, and emotional release.

    It is not about fixing, but about creating the conditions in which your system can remember its natural capacity to heal, restore, and reconnect. Sessions are intuitive, calming, and deeply nurturing.
