Why I started this journey

For almost a decade, I have practiced and studied yogic sciences and traditions, including philosophy, meditation and expanded states of consciousness, yoga āsana-postures, Prānāyāma-breath, healing and plant medicine. From that passion, a deep desire was born to create a sanctuary for my family. I would like to share these teachings with you, whether new, sincere, self-initiated or experienced practitioner. Welcome to my world, it’s a bit unconventional but you’ll love it, so come on in!
