Following an initial assessment, we agreed on a focused six-session package over six weeks, supported by WhatsApp check-ins for in-the-moment guidance and reflection.

Together, we explored a personalised blend of practices including somatic connection work, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, breathwork (prāṇāyāma), gentle yoga, meditation, and dreamwork. These tools offered both immediate relief and a deeper sense of self-understanding.

By the end of the six weeks, Sarah felt more resourced, grounded, and connected to a sense of meaning and vitality. We co-created a sustainable plan for moving forward, with the option to return for ongoing support as needed.
